• The conference theme emphasizes quality improvement that is continual
• Continual implies prolonged repeated instances of quality improvement illustrated by repetitive application of the PDSA cycle
• Continuous implies an uninterrupted flow of quality improvement

Purpose of the Institute

•  Engage managers, practitioners, analysts and researchers in a dialogue that produces more effective approaches and processes to improve quality.

• We invite you to submit proposals for presentations and workshops at this institute
• The workshops will emphasize hands-on learning and application of basic quality improvement tools
