The Software Special Interest Group (SSIG) of the Washington, DC and Maryland Metro Section http://www.asq509.org/ has been running successful Video Tele-Conference (VTC) meetings for some time. Locations include McLean, VA, Eatontown, NJ, Bedford, MA, and in October Gaithersburg, MD at NIST is being added!
