Champions are the upper-level managers who lead the implementation efforts of Six Sigma. They serve both as mentors to the Black Belts and act as liaisons to top management. Over a four-day training period, they learn how to apply the core Six Sigma concepts and deployment strategies to ensure its success throughout the organization. This program includes a copy of Leading Six Sigma, Six Sigma training software, and all course materials.
