We want to hear from you! The SQD Leadership team has developed a set of targeted surveys to acquire the voice of the customer. In the 2006/2007 membership year we used the ASQ member survey as a template to ask the division membership how we were doing. Your answers helped us then. One common statement was that the survey was too long and confusing. We agreed!
These surveys will stay open indefinitely to ensure that your voice will be heard. The actual surveys may change as we learn from you our customers. We might add or delete surveys as they run their course. It is the hope of the leadership team that you will take advantage of these tools to let us know what we can do to help grow the division.
