2009 Awards Guidelines
The Service Quality Division offers several awards on an annual basis. Please select an award name for a description of the award. Any member of the division may propose a nominee for an award. However, a person is only eligible for a particular award once. To see the list of our former Award Recipients, please click on the link below for View list of all recipients.
To nominate a person for an award, please click the name of the award, download the form and complete with the requested information. Send all submissions to the Service Quality Division Chair – Rob Houle – robert_houle@tufts-health.com by the deadline of September 28, 2009.
Annual A.C. Rosander Service Quality Scholarship
2010-11
The ASQ Service Quality Division (SQD) offers a scholarship to be awarded for the 2010-2011 academic year for any eligible member, or family member of the Service Quality Division, or an individual sponsored by an eligible SQD member.
The number of scholarships and the amount awarded will be determined on an annual basis by the Scholarship Committee based on the number of applicants.
The scholarship application will be available online after January 1, 2010.
