If you choose the Web-based version of Quality 101, you receive the entire program (content plus testing) online. You can request the print-based workbook for a desk reference or exam prep resource for a $12 shipping fee (if purchased individually — bulk shipping rates available with multiple program purchases).

Reporting:

For individual learners, a report will be available that includes a graphical display of performance on their testing components.
For Web-based users, multi-user report capability is built into the program to allow for tracking how members of a group of learners are progressing throughout the program and for documenting final results.

How to Make this Training Work for You

1. Assess knowledge
A pre-test evaluates current understanding of each program's content and generates an individual study plan that allows participants to focus study time on the areas requiring the most attention.

2. Complete self-study
Each program reflects ASQ's current body of knowledge. Included in each program is an index, a bibliography and a glossary for easy access to content and additional information.

3. Complete drill-and-practice tests
Regular opportunities to check for understanding of material are critical. Test questions provide drill and practice. The bank of questions for testing is large enough that trainees can take the tests as often as they want.

4. Complete practical application exercises
Study material and realistic situations give students the opportunity to immediately apply what they have learned.

5. Measure learning gain
The post-test evaluates mastery of quality concepts and provides feedback about areas requiring additional study and review. This is a powerful tool to evaluate readiness for the certification exams.

6. Print a report
The final report documents individual performance throughout the entire program. A score of 80% or higher earns a certificate of completion and CEU/ASQ RU credits when results are submitted to ASQ.

Delivery Options

ASQ's Quality 101 training program offers the flexibility of self-directed learning with the convenience of four delivery methods:

Web-based delivery, which lets you complete the entire program over the Internet.
Computer-based delivery, including a print-based workbook and CD-ROM.
