Allen Chop Award
Presented at AQC for Technical Advancement
The Allen Chop Award is given for technical advancement in the field of Reliability. Six areas of achievement will be evaluated and scored. All achievements and work considered for the award must have occurred within the last 5 years.

Recognition for technical achievement in Industry or Academia on reliability topics.

Presentation of papers at reliability conferences.

Publication of papers in reliability related journals.

Publication of a textbook on reliability topics.
-
Long term support and promotion of a reliability conference.
-
Long term support and promotion of a reliability society.
Each of the above areas will be scored on a 1-5 basis. The scoring system is as follows.

Work or contributions in the reliability field.

Notable work or contribution to the reliability field.

Substantial and recognized work in the reliability field.

Outstanding work recognized primarily within the U.S.

Outstanding and original work recognized at the international level.
