ASQ is a society of individual and organizational members dedicated to the ongoing, development, advancement, and promotion of quality concepts, principles, and techniques.

ASQ has tools specially designed for quality engineers. ASQ offers certifications that recognize expertise in quality engineering fields like: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), and the Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE). ASQ also offers courses like Introduction to Quality Engineering and Quality Engineering Statistics and others. We also co-publish the Quality Engineering journal and many other publications for use by Quality Engineers. Most of all ASQ offers information to help quality engineers grapple with issues like gains, product reliability, design, productivity, and more.

ASQ's vision is to advance individual and organizational performance excellence worldwide by providing opportunities for learning, quality improvement, and knowledge exchange on quality engineers.
