Crossley holds a BS in chemistry and mathematics from the University of North Carolina and a MS in quality assurance from California State University. He is an ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and RAB-Certified Lead Assessor (LA-QS). He is a frequently sought after speaker for national and international conferences on quality and manufacturing.
