C. Robert Pennella is a senior management consultant for Shared Learning, Inc. Pennella has helped hundreds of companies to plan their quality systems in ways that increase efficiency and drive down costs. He has headed his own training company and was a quality assurance specialist and technical advisor in metrology systems management for the United States Defense Logistic Agency. Pennella received his training in Quality Systems Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology in cooperation with Ohio State University, the U.S. Army Logistics Management Center, and the U.S. Air Force Material Command.
