Roderick A. Munro is a business improvement coach with RAM Q Universe, Inc. He is also the author of Automotive Internal Auditor Pocket Guide: Process Auditing to ISO/TS 16949:2002, Six Sigma for the Office, and Six Sigma for the Shop Floor (one of the all-time top-ten selling books on Six Sigma), and co-author of The ISO/TS 16949 Answer Book (Paton Press, 2004). He is an ASQ Fellow, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, and Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence. Munro is also a CQI Fellow (England) and was named Quality Professional of the Year for 2006 by Quality Magazine.
