Basic Searching. To perform a basic search, simply enter the words or phrases you want to search in the empty boxes provided on the template. Separate WORDS or PHRASES with semicolon ( ; ). The words or phrases you enter in each box will be restricted to the field named to the right of the box. If you enter more than one word in a box, AND logic will be used to connect the terms. If you enter words in more than one box, then the default logic is AND between fields.

Advanced Searching. You may change the field restriction for a given box by clicking on the field name to the right of the box, and selecting another field name from the pop-up menu.

You may also change the logic used to connect the terms across boxes. Simply click on the AND button to the left of the box, and select from the choices OR or NOT.
