Abstract: In the second year of ASQ’s Educational Team Excellence Award, three finalists presented their processes and results, demonstrating that teamwork is essential in fostering change and improving performance. The program provides an international stage for schools to share their innovative solutions and best practices and foster an exchange of improvement ideas among educational institutions. This year’s Gold award went to Alliance Business Academy of Bangalore, India, for its holistic approach to quality. The Silver award went to Metro Technology Center, Springfield, OK, for improving its financial aid process. Hampton City Schools, Hampton, VA, took the Bronze award for designing a data-driven solution model for improving student achievement.
