Abstract: [This abstract is based on the author's abstract.] A brain model based on molecular orbital symmetry of neurotransmitters and their interaction with ion channeling effect is proposed that relates coordination patterns to innovation and improvement conditions and how they may be used for human resources, management, and leadership development. These insights into personnel traits allow organizations to make staffing changes to enhance process improvements initiatives. Results obtained in service and manufactured goods industries, sports, education, Six Sigma projects, and family-run businesses are discussed. The overall model and methodology are reviewed.
