Abstract: The education sector has made a big investment in quality initiatives, yet after training, teachers, support staff and administrators are often at a loss to comprehend what the vision actually is. A quality rubric that lays out specific performance expectations can be used to provide clear direction while allowing the collection of data that point to gradual deployment of a continuous improvement culture in classrooms, schools, and districts.
