Abstract: [This abstract is based on the author's abstract.]
Two regression models are proposed to describe the effect of operating conditions on the reliability of complex mechanical systems subject to deterioration and undergoing minimal repairs, whose failure intensity tends to a finite bound as the system ages. Maximum likelihood estimate of the model parameters are provided, as are approximate confidence intervals based on asymptotic results.
