Abstract: [This abstract is based on the author's abstract.] Researchers at the University of Northern Colorado collaborated with practitioners in high-performance organizations to develop a research agenda that addresses the needs and interests of both groups. The initiative fostered better understanding of organizational performance excellence and improvement approaches and expanded research efforts in quality management. Several projects are ongoing, and there are plans being developed for continued collaboration.
