Abstract: [This abstract is based on the author's abstract.] The results are summarized of a 12-month exploratory consortium research study of the way innovation and risk are managed within both the public and private sector in the United Kingdom. The research model was developed through the literature and then refined through the collection of qualitative and quantitative data using a self-reporting survey and six case studies.
