A presentation is given constructed to the Six Sigma define-measure-analyze-improve/innovate-control (DMAI²C) format. The two I's provide the field of vision and depth perception required to maximize the benefits of the Six Sigma methodology in today's competitive environment. The application of innovation to Six Sigma will reenergize this set of tools for future years. The C's referred to in the title represent ten of the tools within the Six Sigma toolbox that can be infused with innovation.
