Abstract: Two key factors are often overlooked when the term deliverables is used to specify tangible things produced by a project. Projects include two kinds of outputs: tangigle things the project intends to produce. The other is tangible plans, measurements, tracking processes and status reports that pertain to planning, managing and closing the project.
