Abstract: [This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.]Today's economic climate is forcing companies to work smarter and do more with less. This article provides a process flow to help software quality advocates manage their company's projects by overcoming technical illiteracy for the nontechnical professionals who make up most of today's consumer market. It is also shown how champions can be used to facilitate process definition and improvement. The managerial aspects of process definitions are explored.
