Abstract: [This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.]Total Quality Management (TQM) practices and its impact on quality and business performance is investigated in United Arab Emirates manufacturing firms. A factor analysis of responses to questionnaires covering three topics produced four TQM dimensions and five culture dimensions. The combined effects on UAE manufacturing firms of culture and TQM practices resulted in reduced customer complaints, increased product reliability, and profitability.
