Abstract: [This abstract is based on the author's abstract.] The paper describes a new and simple CD exploring quality costs that has been developed, updating and expanding upon the original "Principles of Quality Costs" publication. The 2003 offering includes elements of the book, video and two-day workshop. Given the value of tracking the costs associated with quality initiatives and the general uncertainty over approaches to COQ, this self-paced CD will serve as an important training tool for planning and implementing a COQ system.
