Software Quality Principles: An Editorial Symposium

What is the basis for functioning within any profession? A professional draws upon certain fundamental insights in carrying out the duties of his or her specialty. These basic understandings can be brought to bear in a variety of situations. “Software quality” is still a young discipline, and there is considerable diversity of opinion about how best to express its basic principles. In this edited series of postings, members of SQP’s Editorial Board have addressed the question.
