Jong-Yong Yun (jyyun@samsung.co.kr) is vice chairman and CEO of Samsung Electronics, Co. Ltd., in Seoul, Korea. He has a bachelors degree in electronics from Seoul National University, Korea and is a graduate of the Sloan School senior executive course from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA. He is chairman of the National Academy of Engineering of Korea and the Federation of Korean Information Industries.
Richard C.H. Chua (rchua@juran.com) is executive vice president, managing director (U.S.) and Six Sigma practice leader of the Juran Institute in Wilton, CT. He has a doctorate in business administration with a specialization in operations management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of ASQ.

Lennart Sandholm (lennart.sandholm@sandholm.se) is president and partner of Sandholm Associates in Sweden. Sandholm has a doctorate from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Author of numerous articles and a contributor to Jurans Quality Handbook, Sandholm has received ASQs Grant Award (1984), ASQs Lancaster Award (1994) and the Harrington-Ishikawa Medal (2002) from the Asia Pacific Quality Organization. He is a member of the International Academy for Quality and an ASQ Fellow.
Lars Sorqvist (lars.sorqvist@sandholm.se) is a partner of Sandholm Associates, where he provides Six Sigma training and consulting services. He received a doctorate from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, and currently is a lecturer and researcher there.
