IWA-2 to Help Apply QMSs Beyond Educational Administration

While ISO 9001/2 have been used in some educational institutions, it most often has been the support functions, not the actual educational processes, that have benefited from the implementation of QMSs. It is expected that IWA-2 will help educational organizations expand the use of QMSs and bring quality and performance improvement into the “classroom”.
