Accreditation Body Offers Phased Transition Program

Recognizing that many organizations will not complete their transition to ISO 9001:2000 by December 15, the IAR has established a program that will allow the registrars it accredits to offer ISO 9001/2:1994-registered clients until December 31, 2004, to complete the transition. Information is included on the PTP criteria that an organization must satisfy in order to obtain the extension.
