US Transition Tops 22%, Nears 10K ISO 9001:2000 Certificates

As of June 18, registrations to ISO 9001:2000 accounted for 23.0% of ISO 9001/2/3 certificates in North America. The latest ISO 9000 registration data shows Canadian and US organizations moving in the right direction but having a long way to go as far as transitioning is concerned, with Canada at 26.0% and the US at 22.2%, while Mexico is further behind. Registration to ISO 14001 reached 4,315 in the latest report, with healthy growth continuing in Canada and the US. This report provides data and analysis of the latest registration activity, including for sector-specific standards, in each country and North America as a whole.
