ISTO Test-Taking Holds Steady as Transition Nears End

An approach being used increasingly to verify the ISO 9000:2000 comprehension level of employees, consultants and auditors—and by quality professionals to assess themselves—is the ISTO Test for Understanding of ISO 9000:2000.
