Step Up to ISO 9004:2000—Integrating With Baldrige

Russell T. Westcott writes that most organizations that implement quality programs in line with the Baldrige Criteria do not even consider using ISO 9004:2000. Unfortunately, this represents a missed opportunity to make an organization’s QMS a stepping stone to pursuing Baldrige-level performance.
