ISO 9001:2000 Proves Effective Therapy for Outpatient QMS

In healthcare, where accreditations are critical, Sparrow Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation has "transitioned" its QMS from what was required for accreditation to a continual improvement model that meets and exceeds those accreditation requirements and is eliminating bureaucratic barriers that used to divert human and other resources from customer service. The Rehab Division may also be the first healthcare services provider to complete the PSI ISO 9001:2000 Survey.
