New TL 9000 Measurements Handbook Nears Completion

The focus of the 5th Annual QuEST Forum Conference and the working meeting at the conference was continual improvement of the QMS products it has created, sharing of best practices and the reorganization of its WGs to devote more resources to those areas where the greatest activity is now occurring. Details on these three topics, Forum recognition of 11 members that achieved TL 9000 registrations in 2002 and efforts to increase global adoption of TL 9000 are included.
