Codes of Conduct/Dispute Resolution WGs Begin Work
Si Daily writes that customer satisfaction appears to be the driver behind
new standards activities within ISO/TC 176. He reports on developments
at and results of the first meetings of WGs 12 and 13 of SC 3, which met
jointly during the TC 176 plenary meeting in Bucharest to begin the process
of drafting two new guidelines standards on codes of conduct and external
dispute resolution systems that will join a third standard on internal
complaints handling.
