More Challenges of QS-9000 to TS 16949:2002 Transition
Chad Kymal and David Watkins write that, not only does an
ISO/TS 16949:2002-conforming QMS need to consist of cross-functional
processes that bind an organization together, but the key
challenge in transitioning from QS-9000:1998 to the TS is
understanding the customer flows originating from and returning
to the customer. To help you prepare for your transition,
Kymal and Watkins explore three more interconnected challenges:
5.4.1, Quality Objectives, 5.6, Management Review, and 8.2.1,
Customer Satisfaction.
