The ISO 9001:2000 PSI IDEAS Q&A
The PSI IDEAS program is launching a Q&A process aimed
at providing a variety of perspectives on requirements of
ISO 9001:2000 and the challenges they present to users. The
first question is: What are some examples of ways in which
customer satisfaction can be measured to meet the requirements
in Subclause 8.2.1? What will registrar auditors expect to
see when assessing how an organization monitors customer satisfaction
information? What kind of follow-up needs to be done with
the results of the measures taken?
