A Registrar Q&A: The ISO 9001:2000 Transition–Auditing the Process Approach

THE OUTLOOK is challenging registrars to answer a series of questions on the transition. Two registrars and RAB provide answers to Question 14: Subclause 0.2, Process Approach, introduces the PDCA methodology. If an organization applies the PDCA methodology to implementing and maintaining an ISO 9001:2000-conforming QMS, will that change how a registrar auditor would assess the QMS? If so, how?
