A Registrar Q&A: The ISO 9001:2000 TransitionInternal

THE OUTLOOK is challenging registrars to answer a
series of questions on the transition. Two registrars provide
answers to Question 13: Regarding Subclause 5.5.3, Internal
Communication, what types of processes do registrar auditors
plan to look for and how will they assess the acceptability
of those processes? Do auditors expect internal communications
processes to interact with processes for conformance with
Subclause 7.2.3, Customer Communication? Could a single set
of processes be developed for both requirements?
