As TL 9000 Nears 300 Certs, Focus Is Beyond QMS Baseline

Reports from a QuEST Forum’s conference and subsequent WG meetings show that the Forum’s focus remains on QMS performance improvement and overall business effectiveness driven by effective use of measurements and BEAMs. Three issues from the BPC and WG meetings are examined that represent opportunities for the telecom and other sectors to reduce variation across the supply chain. Two presentations on the value and use of TL 9000 measurements are examined and activity in 5 WGs is summarized.
