Does your organization’s management system contain procedures to deal with a disaster? This report examines the potential failure to have and/or use procedures in the face of an attack or disaster, analyzes what ISO 9001/4 and ISO 14001 contain regarding evacuation and other emergency procedures and why having and using all management system procedures is important.
