ISO Survey and Registration Trends: A Registrar Perspective

The latest ISO Survey shows that the number of new ISO 9001/2 certificates has declined since 1999. To provide you with some guidance on what the Survey numbers mean and what the future holds, THE OUTLOOK asked leading registrars. Two agreed to respond on the record, while two others answered but requested anonymity. The responses demonstrate that some assumptions about the state and future of ISO 9001/2 and ISO 14001 registration are not completely accurate.
