Does Your QMS Really Need Six Sigma for Success?
Six Sigma has become the focus of a great deal of attention
among quality professionals and top management due to the
success of organizations in using Six Sigma to improve product
and process quality and their financial performance. Six Sigma
is neither a program that can be dismissed as a fad or marketing
ploy that repackages existing tools and techniques. This introduction
