US TAG to TC 207 Evaluates Proposed ISO 14001/4 Drafts

The US TAG to TC 207 met March 19-20, 2001, in Reno. This report on the meeting provides information on: the text for a proposed WD for the revision of ISO 14001 and the issues behind some of the changes; SubTAG 1’s review of draft text on 6 priority issues developed so far by 9 TGs of TC 207/SC 1/WG 2, which is drafting a revised edition of ISO 14004:1996; and the US TAG’s preparations for the expected approval of an NWIP on environmental communications.
