What Are an Organization’s Rights With Its Registrar?

There are many QMS issues that should be considering with the arrival of ISO 9001:2000. One is the relationship between an organization and its registrar, including what an organization should/should not expect of its registrar and what rights it has in its dealings with that registrar.
