Case Study: Lucent–TL 9000 Registration by Lucent Focuses on Flagship Project

Lucent Technologies’ 5ESS®-2000 Switch Project, a TL 9000 Pilot Program registration recipient, represents a very large software development organization at 7 locations in 5 countries on 3 continents. The 5ESS Project’s TL 9000 registration was built upon its existing ISO 9001:1994 and CSQP registrations, although the scope of the registration is defined as the design of hardware and software for circuit switches, including CTIP and associated technical support.
