ISO Healthcare Workshop Approved for First Quarter 2001

The ISO TMB has approved a workshop aimed at developing an ITA that would provide guidance on the application of ISO 9004:2000 to healthcare service providers. They asked that the workshop be delayed until the first quarter of 2001 and that it’s host develop rules and/or protocols for running the workshop and submit them for TMB approval. Details of the workshop planning process and the reason the groups behind the workshop are looking to hold it and reach consensus on a healthcare ITA as soon as possible are provided.
