ISO/TS 16949:2002 — Overview and Internal Process Auditing
This three-day workshop introduces the experienced QS-9000 internal auditor to ISO/TS 16949:2002. Additionally, the management team can attend the first five or six hours of the first day and obtain a good overview of the transition from QS to ISO/TS. The ISO/TS 16949 Team should attend day one and two to learn how to complete their process mapping and documentation requirements.
New auditors will also benefit from this program. A pre-work session will be provided to familiarize them with appropriate auditor documentation and how to prepare for an audit.
A shop floor audit is included. The audit findings can be used as an ISO/TS 16949 gap analysis.
