ISO 9001:2000 Customer Satisfaction Compliance
The new ISO 9001:2000 involves dramatic changes in measuring customer needs and integrating these needs into performance/process measures and satisfaction surveys. This course will contrast easy customer needs assessment and satisfaction measure compliance tools with "best in class." During the seminar, participants will use an ISO 9001:2000 audit checklist and case studies to help them enhance their understanding of the nuances of the requirements, tools, procedures and documentation.
