Learning Outcomes

Explain the theory (Six Principles) that drive the continuous-improvement process, and the implications of using the theory within the process.
Use the seven-step problem-solving methodology for process improvement within the classroom or in administrative settings.
Use the problem-solving, communication, and data-reporting tools (when to use them, how to construct them, etc.).
Function as part of a team using consensus as the preferred method of decision making.
Identify desired system outputs (based upon customer need), and measure current performance (baseline data) and system improvement.
Replicate the process in other aspects of the school environment.
