Learning Outcomes

Explain the theory (Six Principles) that drive the continuous improvement process and their implications for action within the process.
Use the seven-step problem-solving methodology for process improvement within the classroom, or in other administrative applications.
Use the problem-solving, communication, and data-reporting tools appropriately (i.e., when to use, how to construct, etc.).
Function as part of a team using consensus as the preferred method of decision making.
Identify desired system output (based upon customer need), and measure current performance (baseline data) and system improvement.
Replicate the process in other aspects of the school environment.
