Basic Training in Quality

ASQ offers a robust array of training options for quality professionals at every stage of their careers. Here are a couple for those just beginning the quality journey.

• Quality Basics
  An introductory course in quality fundamentals that can be completed in a little as four hours of instruction time. Quality Basics is available in formats for self-study, study with a facilitator and even at leading colleges and universities.


• Quality 101
  Available online, on a self-contained CD-ROM or at select colleges nd universities, this is a self-paced, basic-level training program designed to introduce you to quality concepts and tools.


• Certified Quality Improvement Associate
  Show the world – and your employers – that you’ve mastered the basics of quality and can carry your share of the load in quality-improvement projects in your workplace. Even if you don’t plan to sit for the certification exam, the prep process is an excellent way to master the fundamentals.
